Community Involvement

Being a part of the Northwest Indiana community for 69 years, we feel extremely fortunate to be a part of such a vibrant region. We continue to do our best to give back to the community that has been so good to us.

In 2020 we became a leading sponsor of Home Team Valpo, an organization that seeks to help homeowners stay in their homes by assisting with needed repairs they may not otherwise be able to afford.  In light of addressing our primary concern of safety, we continued to inspect and service a number of HVAC systems in 2021, and have replaced some as needed.  It is an honor to work with such a fine organization as Home Team Valpo as they quietly help so many in our community.

In 2018, we were able to complete a very special 4-1/2 year project that included the revitalization of an old industrial area with environmental challenges, and building our new corporate headquarters. It was a humbling experience when The Greater Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce presented us with the 2018 Community Improvement Award for our efforts!
